Training Held as Part of Risk Awareness Month
With the aim of developing a risk-aware culture within our group, we declared February as “Risk Awareness Month” and, as part of this initiative, organized a 2-day training on “Risk Management.”
During the training, the following key topics were discussed:
• Risk culture and incident management
• The risk management function and the definition of responsibilities
• Risk control and decision-making
This session, held with the participation of department heads, managers, and project leaders, made a significant contribution to more effective risk management, increasing our team’s awareness, and improving the decision-making process.
Our efforts to further develop a strong risk management culture will continue!
