Training on the Development of Ownership Culture
Guided by the PAŞA Group Leadership DNA principle, "Act Boldly with an Ownership Mindset," we conducted an engaging and valuable training session on "Developing an Ownership Culture" with our head office managers and complex directors.
During the training, we explored the core values and principles of ownership culture, providing each leader with an opportunity to reassess their roles and responsibilities.
Such training sessions contribute not only to the enhancement of leadership practices within our company but also to the overall well-being of our employees.
